Phase Relations in the CuGaxIn 1-xSe 2-In Pseudobinary System

Abstract
Phase relations in the CuGaxIn1-x Se2-In pseudobinary system have been investigated. The conditions under which In solutions are single-phase liquids and chalcopyrite crystals can be grown from the solutions were determined. The relation between the composition of the grown crystal and that of the solute in the In solutions was determined for 60 mol% In solutions.
