Abstract
Results of investigations of the thermally stimulated as well as polarization reversal-induced electron emission from TGS crystals are presented. The results concerning the electron emission from pulled BaTiO3 crystals and PLZT ceramics, induced by an electric ac switching field are also included. The results are discussed from the point of view of electron emission from space-charge layer produced at the emitting sample surface under the external factors influence. Keywords
