Abstract
A patient had increased intracranial pressure and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) protein elevation accompanying a lumbar neurofibroma. Communicating hydrocephalus documented by both radionuclide cisternography and CSF infusion manometric testing on several occasions has persisted since removal of the tumor, without evidence of deterioration of mental function. Keywords
