Abstract
Coulomb excitation of the first excited state of has been investigated by means of a coincidence experiment using a position-sensitive detector. Interpreting the data according to the semiclassical theory and correcting for quantal effects, we obtained a reduced transition probability of and a static quadrupole moment of .
