Abstract
Peracetic acid demonstrates virucidal activity against a broad spectrum of viruses. Peracetic acid (0.025 [image], final concentration) inactivates most viruses in 5 min. Peracetic acid should be considered for a decontaminating agent in places where the staff is working with infectious agents or is trying to maintain aseptic conditions, such as hospitals and laboratories. Keywords
