Abstract
A case of primary macroglobulinemia of Waldenstrom is described in which prolonged treatment with the alkylating agents of cyclophosphamide and chloram-bucil led to a sustained reduction in the concentration of circulating macroglobulin together with a concurrent improvement in the patient''s symptoms. This publication has 23 references indexed in Scilit:
