Trial 2: an average of 52.0 mg./kg. given as two single doses on consecutive mornings. Trial 3: an average of 52.2 mg./kg. as two single doses on two mornings, one week apart. Trial 4: average ranges of 53.6, 63.7 and 88.6 mg./kg. as a single dose. All were given on an empty stomach in the morning. In Trials 2–4, the administration of the drug was accompanied by a sweetened, warm chocolate drink. Keywords
