Abstract
Triamcinolone acetonide injected intraarticularly in doses of 4 to 20 mg. produced good to excellent responses in 136 (86.6 per cent) of 157 patients with rheumatic disorders, most of whom previously had received intra-articular therapy with other steroids. From 1 to 20 injections were given. The low doses of triamcinolone acetonide were at least as effective as the other steroids, and in many cases the response was better. Keywords
