Semiempirical description of energy bands in nickel

Abstract
The combined interpolation scheme is used to study energy bands in nickel. Parameters are determined by results of photoemission experiments. The Fermi surface is computed and compared with experiment. Explicit formulas are given for some bands along symmetry directions.Keywords
