Abstract
Primary neoplasms of the patella are rare, and metastases of the patella are rarer still. A case is presented of a 64 year old woman whose pain in the left knee, resulting from patellar neoplasms, was subsequently found to result from secondary spread from a renal adenocarcinoma.Keywords
