Abstract
Induction of 8-azaguanine-resistant mutation, DNA single-strand breaks and chromosome aberrations by treatment with mutagenic carcinogens was compared using cultured FM3A mammary carcinoma cells. Examination of mutagenicity and chromosome aberrations seems to be more feasible as a screening method for potential mutagens than analysis of DNA single-strand breaks. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
