Abstract
Mutagenicity of aflatoxin B1, mycophenolic acid, patulin, penicillic acid and sterigmatocystin and the efficiency of mutagenic mycotoxins in producing DNA single-strand breaks and chromosome aberrations were examined using FM3A mouse mammary carcinoma cells. Incidence of chromosome aberrations by the treatment with mutagenic mycotoxins correlated fairly well with their carcinogenic activity. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
