Abstract
Element analysis is performed in both the crystalline and the amorphous phase of partially crystallized Fe75.5Cu1Nb3Si12.5B8, having a nanocrystalline structure. The crystallites are shown to contain significantly less Nb than the amorphous phase, which is important for understanding the nanocrystallization process. The amount of Si in the crystalline phase is found to be about 13%.Keywords
