Abstract
The sedimentation constant of the large subunit of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) which can be released from P32-labeled bacteriophage has been determined. The value of the constant (41S) is just the magnitude expected for a DNA molecule at 45 x 106 molecular weight. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
