Abstract
Properties of palladium electrodeposits produced in electrolytes based on tetrammino-palladous salts are compared. The influence of electrolytes and plating conditions on the appearance, porosity, hardness, stress, ductility and resistance to mechanical wear of the coatings is examined. It is shown that certain solutions give protective coatings of good ductility, which are particularly suitable for electrical contact applications. Keywords
