Trinucleon asymptotic normalization constants with the new Bonn potential

Abstract
The trinucleon asymptotic normalization constants are calculated from solutions to the momentum space Faddeev equations using the new static Bonn two-nucleon potential. We find ‖C0 2=3.39, C2/C0=0.043 (3H), and D2=-0.22 fm2. These values are in agreement with most of the experimental data. Furthermore, our results support the capability of the static Bonn potential to predict low-energy three-nucleon observables reasonably well without the introduction of a three-body force.
