Abstract
The authors demonstrate 1.5 Gbit/s/channel error-free (bit error rate < 10–13) on-chip operation of unpackaged multiple-wavelength photonic integrated emitter arrays for short-haul (≤ 300 m) multimode fibre wavelength-division multiplexing applications. The observed performance has been mainly limited by our simple coaxial probe and receiver bandwidth.Keywords
