Abstract
A case of congenital duodenal diaphragm in an adult is reported. A correct preoperative diagnosis of this rare condition was made. The duodenal diaphragm was associated with both coeliac disease and recurrent peptic ulceration, resulting in a complicated clinical course.Keywords
