Abstract
The introduction into [mouse] lymphocytes of Ig gene DNA that was manipulated in vitro allows the production of novel antibodies. In this way, cells lines were established that secrete hapten-specific antibodies in which the Fc portion was replaced with an active enzyme moiety or with polypeptide displaying c-myc antigenic determinants. This publication has 14 references indexed in Scilit:
