Abstract
A method is given for the prepn. of radio-active 2:3-dimercaptopropanol (BAL). It has been shown that the S35'' of radioactive BAL is largely excreted in the neutral sulphur fraction of post-injection urine. The distribution and persistence in the circulation of S35 following injn. of radioactive BAL has been detd. Keywords
