Abstract
We have used, for the first time, superconducting tunneling to study the magnetic ordering properties of a normal metal. We find that the spin-flip scattering time of a spin-glass increases markedly as the temperature is lowered through the temperature at which the susceptibility exhibits a cusp. The results are interpreted as a measurement of the temperature dependence of the spin-glass order parameter. Keywords
