Abstract
In an attempt to reduce post-cystoscopy urinary tract infection [bacterial] half-strength Polybactrin Soluble GU solution was used as the bladder irrigating fluid. Although the infection rate was markedly reduced, this just failed to be significant. It is believed that with a better combination of antibiotics the incidence of post-cystoscopy urinary tract infection in humans can be significantly reduced. This publication has 15 references indexed in Scilit:
