Abstract
• A case of invasive cutaneousTrichophyton rubruminfection complicated the course of a patient undergoing chemotherapy for acute lymphocytic leukemia. This dermatophytic disease was well controlled with ketoconazole. Prior experience with these unusual infections is summarized.
