Bremsstrahlung-isochromat studies of conduction-band states inSnS2andSnSe2

Abstract
Bremsstrahlung-isochromat spectra of SnS2 and SnSe2 measured with a photon energy of 1486.6 eV reveal the distribution of the conduction-band density of states within ∼15 eV of EF. The results are in agreement with the theoretical predictions of pseudopotential calculations and with photoemission data, while significant discrepancies exist with respect to optical data.
