Abstract
Bremsstrahlung-isochromat spectra of and measured with a photon energy of 1486.6 eV reveal the distribution of the conduction-band density of states within ∼15 eV of . The results are in agreement with the theoretical predictions of pseudopotential calculations and with photoemission data, while significant discrepancies exist with respect to optical data.
