Abstract
The authors describe a technique for narrowing the linewidth and stabilising the frequencies of individual teeth of an active modelocked laser diode. This is achieved even if the power of the injected tooth is weakly oscillating. Injection locking is demonstrated for a weakly oscillating tooth at 21.7 dB-down from the peak. Keywords
