Abstract
Treatment of purified rubella virus with mixed glycosidases resulted in loss of haemagglutinating (HA) activity but the capacity to combine with haemagglutination inhibiting (HI) and other antibodies was retained. Electrophoretic analysis revealed a greater effect on VPI than VPII.Keywords
