Abstract
Raman spectroscopy and dielectric measurements have been performed on modified PZT ceramics with Ti content between 0.03 and 0.05 and doped with 1% of Nb2O5 The temperature dependence of the Raman spectra is studied in the vicinities of the AFE-FE and the FE-PE phase transitions and discussed in correlation with the dielectric data. Coexistence of phases is observed in a wide temperature range around AFE-FE phase transition. Keywords
