Search for Collective Effects in Very High Spin States ofDy152

Abstract
Theoretical calculations based on the rotating Woods-Saxon potential with optimized parameters indicate appearance of the superdeformed shapes with β2=0.6 already at I52 and simultaneously the triaxial-configuration minimum (γ30°) with β20.3. Two values of the moments of inertia viz. 2I(2)(167 and 125)2 MeV1 were deduced from our EγEγ correlation measurement.
