Gentamicin serum pharmacokinetics were studied in normal, subtotally nephrectomized, and familial hypothyroid beagle dogs. Length of the gamma phase was not affected by subtotal nephrectomy but was shorter or almost nonexistent in hypothyroid dogs. Keywords
