Abstract
In canine ceroid lipofuscinosis (one case studied), isocortical layer Illab pyramidal cells develop spindle-shaped enlargements of their proximal axon filled with lipopigment, a feature that can be observed in juvenile and adult type of human neuronal ceroid lipofuscinosis and in normal ageing of the human isocortex as well. Keywords
