Abstract
An 8-year-old girl presented with dyspnoea, weight loss, erythema nodosum, and an arthritis. A diagnosis of sarcoidosis with joint involvement was made. The clinical features of this unusual arthritis in a child and the response to corticosteroid therapy are described.Keywords
