Abstract
PLZT compositions 8/80/20, 10/75/25 and 12/70/30 were modified by the incorporation of Ca2+ and Sr2+ (up to 5%) and Nd3+ (completely for La3+). The room temperature dielectric constant, Curie temperature and the variation of capacitance with temperature and de bias field decreased with the addition of Ca and Sr and partial replacement of La by Nd. Y3+ addition gives rise to the formation of a second phase. Keywords
