Abstract
Molecular-dynamics computations for point dipolar particles of the time-dependent polarization fluctuations allow evaluation of the dielectric properties. From these the collective effects in the longitudinal component (dipolarons) analogous to the plasma oscillations (plasmons) in Coulomb systems can be readily identified. The transverse mode, by contrast, is strongly damped. Keywords
