Severe Hypoglycemia Secondary to a Nonpancreatic Fibrosarcoma with Insulin Activity

Abstract
THE syndrome of hypoglycemia secondary to a nonpancreatic tumor has been reported on several occasions.1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 We recently studied a patient with frequent and protracted episodes of hypoglycemia that ceased when a large intrathoracic fibrosarcoma was removed.
