Abstract
Attempts at transferring the reaction with the serum of the patients were unsuccessful. The need for a potent antigen and leucocytes from active cases of the disease for transfer of the reaction is emphasized. The explanation of the transfer is that the Kweim reaction is a manifestation of delayed sensitivity mediated by cells and not by humoral antibodies. Keywords
