Abstract
Although hyperglycemia is a better rec ognized feature of acute pancreatitis, hypo glycemia may and does occur at times. Cli nicians should be aware of this possibility. These authors add three cases to the lit erature. Two patients died with acute hem orrhagic pancreatitis; the third is alive after an attack associated with mumps. Keywords
