Abstract
Guinea pig 7S immunoglobulins (gamma1 and gamma2) consist of 2 groups of molecules ([chi] and [lambda]) bearing different types of L chains ( [chi] and [lambda]). Approximately one-third of the molecules in normal guinea pig gammag-globulin bear the -type of L chains and all or most of the others bear [chi] -chains. [chi]- and [lambda]-chains have similar molecular weights. This publication has 23 references indexed in Scilit:
