Abstract
A method for the cytophotometric estimation of RNA in tissue sections using gallocyanin-chrome alum is described. The dye obeys Beer''s law in gelatin sections. The effect of DNase on the staining of RNA is also investigated. This method is apparently of value in the quantitation of RNA.Keywords
