Abstract
The infrared spectra of isotopically normal and triethylborane b10 are reported, and the major bands are assigned to the characteristic bond vibrations of the molecules. Analogous to trimethylborane, the asymmetric B–C stretching frequency is placed at ca 1120 cm—1. In view of the complexity of the molecule a more complete assignment is not feasible at this time. Keywords
