Abstract
The fractal structure of the free energy surface of a spin glass is used for a phenomenological description of the continuous hierarchy of relaxation times and the slow relaxation of the spin glass order parameter at long times. The quasi-power-like and logarithmic reduction of the order parameter has been obtained on the bases of the scaling properties of potential barriers of the free energy surface. The dynamical nature of the spin glass state is discussed. Keywords
