Abstract
Different fractions of plasma proteins were determined by paper electrophoresis in scorbutic and paired-fed normal guinea pigs. Guinea pig serum contained albumin and [alpha]\, [alpha]2, [beta]i and [beta]n and gamma - fractions of globulins. There was a significant decrease in albumin, [alpha]2 and [beta]2-globulins; considerable increase in [alpha]\-globulin and no significant change in [beta]1 and gamma-globulins.Keywords
