Abstract
A gene for human lysozyme with 130 amino acids has been synthesized by ligation of chemically synthesized oligodeoxyribonucleotides with chain lengths of 13-18. The duplex with 401 base pairs was divided into 52 fragments, which were prepared by the phosphotriester solid-phase method involving condensation of dinucleotide units. By-products obtained in the synthesis have been characterized. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
