Abstract
A technique for the isolation of the supradiaphragmatic portion of the rat is described. The procedure is simple and rapid and the preparation can be maintained as a functioning unit for long periods without difficulty. Suitable methods for the injection of fluids into the vascular system and for blood sampling are given. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
