Abstract
• A patient had facial granuloma that responded to therapy with dapsone when other treatment modalities had failed. The pathophysiologic characteristics of facial granuloma are discussed, and the possible mechanisms of action of dapsone therapy are reviewed. (Arch Dermatol 1982;118:332-335)Keywords
