Abstract
Relatively large doses of vasopressin injected intra-peritoneally in trout enhanced the kidney respiration rate, while a single dose of oxytocin depressed the kidney QO2 up to 24 hours. Cortisol enhanced the kidney respiration rate significantly, even greater than that induced by vasopressin.Keywords
