Abstract
Presentation of CaseA 45-year-old right-handed man was admitted to the hospital because of headache.He was well until two and a half weeks previously, when he began to have frequent persistent, throbbing headaches over the left eye that were aggravated by movement and by exposure to light. There was no associated nausea, vomiting or neurologic complaint. During the same interval he began to experience an intermittent "closed-up" sensation in the right ear that was accompanied by diminished hearing and tinnitus, a sensation of "moving to the right," a tendency to fall to the right, dysarthria, sweating, chilliness and mild . . .Keywords
