Abstract
Mishra and Ramakrishnan have recently claimed (ibid., vol.10, p.L667 (1977)) that in a spin-conserving approximation no T2 ln T terms exist in the spin susceptibility of nearly ferromagnetic Fermi systems. It is shown that the approximation used by them is in fact not spin-conserving and if a proper correction is made the T2 ln T term is recovered. Keywords
