Abstract
A pair of monochorial twins showing marked features of the twin trans fusion syndrome is described. The hemoglobin differences between them at birth was 19.8 Gm./100 ml. The management of hyperbilirubinemia and polycythemia in the recipient, and of anemia, heart failure, respiratory distress, hypothermia and hypoglycemia in the donor is discussed. Keywords
