Abstract
All-optical Boolean XOR logic is demonstrated using a semiconductor optical amplifier-assisted Sagnac switch for full duty cycle and bit pattern switching at 20 GHz and 20 Gb/s, with low signal energies and negligible pattern effect.Keywords
