Abstract
Cave bats were inoculated intracerebrally with egg-adapted Newcastle disease virus. The virus from the 1st and 2d subinoculations in bats was 100% pathogenic for embryo-nated chicken eggs on the 1st embryo passage. Allantoic fluid containing virus from these eggs was concd, in the ultra-centrifuge and examined under the electron microscope. Keywords
